At Cr8tive Expressions, we strive to provide high-quality, customized creative services and products that meet our customers' expectations. However, we understand that issues may arise. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our guidelines.

Due to the nature of our business, all custom orders and digital products (such as personalized greeting cards, poems, scripts, podcast writing, speech, and song lyrics) are non-refundable. Once a custom order has been processed and delivered, we cannot issue a refund.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• If Cr8tive Expressions is unable to complete the project for any reason.
• If a significant error occurs on our end that does not align with the agreed specifications.
• Cr8tive Expressions has the right to refuse a project that does not align with its core (faith-based) values. 

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us at infocre8tivesexpressions@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with details and proof of the issue.

We accept returns and exchanges for physical merchandise under the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will issue a refund or exchange based on the situation. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds for service-based orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel a booked service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to discuss rescheduling or partial refunds (if applicable).

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at infocre8tivesexpressions@gmail.com.
